What is Youth Vineyard?

The Youth Vineyard is a community-based youth development organization dedicated to empowering young people through education, mentorship, and meaningful life opportunities. We provide safe and supportive environments where youth can grow emotionally, socially, and professionally. Our programs focus on academic support, life skills development, mental wellness, career exploration, and community engagement. We are committed to helping young people build confidence, discover purpose, and develop pathways toward long-term success. Through partnerships and community collaboration, we continue expanding programs that serve both youth and local organizations.

About the Founder

I am the founder of The Youth Vineyard and Rockette Studio, and I am passionate about creating opportunities that empower youth through both development and creativity. My work focuses on building programs that support mental wellness, education, leadership, and personal growth. I have developed initiatives including tutoring programs, life skills training, motivational speaking clubs, career readiness pathways, and community engagement events. I also serve as a writer, director, and producer through Rockette Studio, where real-life stories are brought to life through stage plays and spoken word. My mission is to help young people see value in themselves beyond their circumstances and to provide tools that support their future. Supporting the Youth Community

Using a background in criminal justice, we focus on helping young people stay engaged in education, workforce development, and positive community pathways. Our approach emphasizes early intervention through guidance, accountability, and opportunity rather than punishment. We also work to strengthen relationships between youth and community stakeholders through positive engagement and collaboration. Our goal is to support safer communities by helping youth make informed decisions and connect to resources before formal system involvement occurs.

Locations

The Youth Vineyard headquarters was established in Mississippi 2026. 

We are now expanding to the Quad Cities (Iowa/Illinois), with programming scheduled to launch in Summer 2026. This expansion reflects our continued growth and commitment to serving youth and families across multiple communities through education, mentorship, and outreach initiatives.
